Forms of Payment
We gladly accept MC, Visa, Amex and Kayce Hughes gift cards (now available online and by phone). We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
Returns and Exchanges
At Kayce Hughes our highest priorities are customer satisfaction and the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please return it to us unworn, unwashed and with the tags intact. We accept returns 30 days from the original ship date and will credit your original form of payment unless you specify otherwise. Please include the returns/exchanges form that you received with your purchase for all returns and exchanges so that we can help you with you order in the most efficient way possible.
We do not accept returns on sale merchandise or special orders. Returns from a gift card purchase are eligible for merchandise exchanges only. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds on orders that were shipped correctly.

Gift cards can be purchased by clicking add to cart or by calling us directly at 615-460-0046. Cards are redeemable online, over the phone, and in our Kayce Hughes retail stores.
Gift cards are available in increments of $25.00 up to $500.00 and are shipped via our standard shipping methods. If your order includes merchandise and gift cards they will be shipped separately.
We do not accept returns on gift card purchases but you may make exchanges.
All orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground unless special shipping is specified
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, and please note we only ship on business days.
Please allow 5-7 days for ground delivery, depending on your location
If you have special delivery instructions (leave at back door, etc.) it is best to call us directly so that we can personally contact our shipper for you.
At this time, we've chosen not to teach the guys in the warehouse how to gift wrap. However, any one of our 3 stores would be happy to wrap a pretty package and include and gift note for you. You can contact them here to place your order.
