May we answer a question now?

What size should I choose?

Please refer to our size chart. Typically our clothing is true to size. However, keep in mind that our fabrics are 100% cotton and tend to shrink a tiny bit in the wash. In some cases you may want to order up a size to account for this.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions are printed on the side seam label. Most items are machine washable and we recommend that you wash them in cold water and tumble dry on low.

How do I return/exchange?

At Kayce Hughes, our #1 priority is to make sure that our customers are extremely satisfied with their purchases.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll exchange it or refund it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and with the tags intact.

We are unable to accept returns on any custom orders. This would include flower girl dresses and any special order items. Additionally, all sales are final on Sale items.

Please enclose your packing slip and indicate if you would like an exchange or a refund and the name and address of where exchanges are to be shipped. Shipping and handling is non-refundable on returns. Pears and Bears will pay outbound shipping charges for exchanges.

Can I return an item that I purchased on sale?

Please note that anything purchased on sale is final and cannot be returned.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We are pleased to offer international shipping worldwide. These orders can be placed on our website or by calling us at 615.460.0046. Please note that the receiver pays all duties and taxes on international shipments.

Do you offer monogramming?

We currently do not offer monogramming. However, we encourage you to use your local embroiderer as many of our items look beautiful with a personalized monogram.
